Returns & Refunds

3. Returns & Shipping Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Trove pieces are handmade, unique, and often created from reclaimed materials.
We take great care to describe and photograph each item accurately.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect choice.

  • Refunds or exchanges are only available for faulty or damaged items, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

  • If an issue arises, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We will repair, replace, or refund any item deemed faulty.

If the item cannot be repaired within a reasonable time, you may choose a refund or replacement.

Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped from Natimuk, Victoria, usually within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping times vary by destination. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

  • Trove is not responsible for delays or loss due to postal service issues or incorrect addresses.

Returns Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Trove is not responsible for items lost in transit.
